LucaNet stands for consistent and transparent financial data within an intuitively operated software. Compared to other solutions the implementation effort is rather low. The software is based on a multidimensional standard database with a predefined data model and computing logic in real time. If a figure in the system is changed, all related areas are automatically updated across all structures. The pre-defined functionalities of the software can be comprehensively configured – individually according to your specific requirements. More than 150 available interfaces to all common ERP, financial accounting and relational database systems as well as Excel enable fast and easy data import. Detailed drill-down leads to increased transparency as well as time savings, since users can call up all relevant data independently and quickly in a centralized structure.

LucaNet and SmartNotes - from consolidated financial statements to high-quality annual reports

The combination of LucaNet with the disclosure management tool AMANA SmartNotes provides companies with a perfect overall solution, starting with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ending with the final financial report in a print-ready layout. The data is first prepared, consolidated and reconciled in LucaNet and then transferred directly to SmartNotes. All external and internal financial reports and presentations are automatically generated in SmartNotes and made available for publication. In addition, SmartNotes offers more transparency, timesaving and an increased quality.

LucaNet - On-Premise & in the Cloud

Companies can use LucaNet either as an on-premise solution or cloud version. The LucaNet.cloud solution means independence from larger IT adjusments. This eliminates the administrative effort for installations, updates or release changes as well as the provision of the technical infrastructure. The data is protected with the highest security standards and is available to users worldwide. With the on-premise solution, the company acquires LucaNet software and operates it on its own responsibility in its own network or in a data center of other cloud providers. Maintenance of LucaNet software is therefore carried out under the company's own responsibility. The advantage: The software can be easily integrated into existing IT infrastructures and application environments. Should the IT strategy change due to new circumstances, companies can easily switch from the on-premise solution to the LucaNet.cloud at any time.
